5cm Büchner funnel with straight sides and a fixed perforated plate is made of glazed porcelain. For use in filtration (separation of solid matter and fluid). Filtration paper required but NOT included. Best with 4-4.5cm filter paper. Moisten filter paper with a liquid to prevent initial leakage.
Funnel measures 2″ in diameter, and is 4.1″ tall. Stem measures 15mm in diameter and is 2.6″ in length. Often used in combination with a Büchner flask, Büchner ring and sinter seals.
