Potato Dextrose growth medium for the cultivation of mushrooms and many types of fungi. Easy to prepare: simply heat the bottle in a microwave or hot water bath until all of the medium is liquified. Pour into petri dishes or culture tubes, then allow medium to cool and harden. One 125mL bottle is sufficient for pouring up to six plates.
