The Eisco Triple Beam Balance features spring-loaded zero adjust and magnetic damping for stable and accurate readings. The three beams are offset from one another for an unobstructed vertical view of the scales. Center-reading sliding counter masses on two larger weight beams rest in offset notches which are calibrated to the scales for improved accuracy. The capacity can be expanded beyond the base 610g to 2610g via suspending the included 500g (1) & 1000g (2) coated counter masses. Balance frame is made of durable metal and single pan is stainless steel. Includes instruction manual.
